Whole Roasted Cauliflower With Garlic Herb Butter

INGREDIENTS

1 Cauliflower head; whole, outer leaves trimmed

1 Stick of butter, room temperature

1 Large garlic clove, grated

2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 400F

  • Add softened butter, grated garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until combined

  • Spread the butter mixture evenly onto the whole cauliflower until all edges are covered

  • Roast in the oven 35-45 minutes until golden brown and a knife easily pierces through the center

  • Slice into wedges and serve hot
